Chris - yes I usually do I have an egg, whole grain wheat toast, avocado and a banana.
Well actually, you should really avoid foods filled with chemicals and preservatives,so packets and tins(read your labels)loads of fruit and vegetables, also proteins mostly chicken , fish, and a small amount of red meat. Not really processed meat.
Protein powder (but also check the ingredients) not too much dairy, yoghurt is healthy. Avoid your junk foods.
I can only go on what I consume.
And of course I still have my one coffee in the mornings.😃
And most importantly hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
Yes I've found fresh raw vegetables like cabbage for cold slaw does a number on me , fruits don't bother but I'm like Carol don't want the pasasites so my friend has a large garden she gives me a lot of vegetables , and the street behind me live Amish they have a big farm , and have a produce stand I buy my onions from them they have those large sweet candy onions❤❤
I had gastric bypass surgery once. Then had gallbladder removed. I'm lactose intolerant to boot. I have all kinds of crazy bowel problems. I'm glad you guys are sharing all this cause it helps me not feel so bad about it. The mestinon is giving me monumental gas. I have to watch everything I eat. I've learned a few new things from reading all of your responses. I do drink lots of water. I have to watch the amount I eat. Too much of anything is bad news.
Yes if you eat a big meal say at dinner , it's going to be in your gut all night and in the morning , bathroom here I come , eat a good breakfast full of protein , fruits , and vegetables , medium lunch again protein , fruit , dinner go light , I usually have my largest protein at lunch , meats , or fish, I love cottage cheese that's a good go to with pineapple or peaches for dinner, my yogurt I usually have at breakfast, and I drink water all through the day , I sip it , not gulp it down I usually stop about 6:00, hope this helps you❤
