I have tons of staits, I'll try that. Does your daughter understand mg? My kids say it would go away if I walked 2 miles a day.

Someone told me when going up and downstairs instead of walking up and down the stairs, walk sideways up the stairs and down the stairs. I haven’t tried it because I don’t have stairs but the next time I go to my daughters house I’m going to try it.

The other day I felt sorry for myself just missing my life as it was. But I do have a lot to be grateful for as I have no symptoms of MG. I’m walking with a cane due to femur surgery that caused this disease to surface. I do get in home PT 2x a week as I need help with balance. I try to be strong but at times I do breakdown an cry. My husband says I should just scream out loud and let it all out it will make me feel better….but that’s not me!
