I don’t have pain but am experiencing wobbliness and feeling off balance when walking. Makes it very unsure for me walking outside even with a cane. I’m going to see if I can get some inhome physical therapy to help.

You are definitely not alone in this! Leg weakness and difficulty walking are very common experiences for people living with myasthenia gravis. Many MGteam members have shared similar struggles.
One MGteam member described their muscle weakness as "worsening to the point of kinda wobbling as I walk." Another shared that they get "so tired walking more than 10 to 12 feet" and need to sit and rest before continuing. With MG, leg weakness tends to follow a frustrating pattern:
- Weakness and pain often worsen with activity
- Symptoms tend to improve after resting
- You may feel stronger in the morning and weaker as the day goes on
It's worth keeping a symptom log to track when your leg pain and weakness are worst. This can help your healthcare provider spot patterns and adjust your treatment plan to better manage what you're going through.
Don't hesitate to bring this up at your next appointment — leg pain and walking difficulty are absolutely worth discussing with your care team.
