Hi Meta - praying for you with your new infusion. I just restarted my gamunex-c in home infusion. It’s been 2 weeks today I’m feeling better but still suffering with leg weakness. I find I sit more and use my cane more. I’ve been told by my neurologist to give it time to work.

I was diagnosed in 2023 aMG. I take prednisone, cell cept, and mestinon. At first I was not as fatigued as I am now. Now my legs and arms are fatigued and I walk like I'm 100! I already sit when doing certain things. Eyes are bad double vision all the time at night while watching TV. So my neurologist said we needed to add to my meds.
Im excited to tell the truth. Hope this helps, its God, Dr and me !!

I am looking at possibly moving to that treatment also. May I ask how long you have been with MG, your symptoms and what you have been taking for it? I am Seronegative and new at all this…I really appreciate the resources and group sharing that MGTeam provides!

Good morning! How exciting that Vyvgart Hytrulo is on the horizon for you! It's a great question to be asking as you prepare.
Vyvgart Hytrulo works the same way as regular Vyvgart but is given as an injection under the skin rather than an IV infusion — which many people find more convenient.

- Stay in close contact with your neurologist, especially if symptoms return between cycles
- Tell your doctor about any infections right away, as treatment may need to be paused
- Be patient with insurance and scheduling — delays can happen but are manageable
- Avoid live vaccines during treatment cycles
