I hear you Cheryl - I’m trying to drink a lot more too then I pee alot lol.
Pyridostigmine gave me such a good response too...it was liberating, but after 5/6 months all that slipped away. I am also on tremfya (PsA), which helps ibs too so I can't call that a reason...just took diarrhea meds as I have lost 5 pounds in 3 days. My head is heavy and woozy which I am sure is dehydration. Need a break MG...give me a break!
I'm not sure how long it will take for that to occur. I tried sticking it out to see if my body would adjust to that drug but by day 8 I had to stop due to abdominal pains & distention, chest pains & difficulty eating & drinking. I was absolutely miserable so that's how I ended up with prednisone. I'm still waiting to see if this drug will help with symptoms. Good Luck Carol, I hope you see some resolution to the gut issues soon. Maybe talking with your pharmacist they can give you some guidance.
Such fun! Kegel exercises will help with the muscles in the pelvic area.
I have the diabetes too and well as celiacs and multiple other food issues. Keeping enough fluids has always been a problem for me but I really try to find drinks I like and have them available wherever I go. Now the peeing problem for me is a muscle thing. You know how muscle fatigue causes muscles to have initial strength and then nothing! Well I get the urge the minute I stand up, get out of the car, etc. Now if there isn't an available bathroom, those muscles struggle to hold. If there's a lot of pressure and I am close to getting my meds but not quite... Well I find it's always when the stars align that I get these problems... Ha!
