Members shared their personal experiences with CellCept for myasthenia gravis, with many reporting that it significantly improved their quality of life, including regaining the ability to walk, work, and go out socially. Several members noted it takes patience, as full benefits can take one to several years, and common side effects included stomach upset, fatigue, hair loss, and a need to be cautious about sun exposure due to skin cancer risk. A recurring theme was that while the side effects are real, most felt the benefits outweighed the risks, and many combined CellCept with Mestinon and low-dose steroids for the best results.

Hi , I’ve been on this medication for 9 years , 2 x 1000mg per day . Yes some side effects of slight drowsiness but for me the benefits far outweigh. I couldn’t walk before I went on this but this has helped my life so much , with pyridostigmine and occasional IVIG
