I have found some relief by using a bidet. There is a brand named "Tushi". Several versions on amazon. Easy to install under your existing toilet seat. All the necessary hardware is included. I was surprised to find that it really helped me with the itchy butt problem.

This is actually a sore subject for hemroid sufferers. Preparation H has at least 2 creams in tubes available for your type of suffering. Multi symptom relief with aloe, and relief of pain, itching and burning which is caused from the acids in the loose stool. PH with lidocaine works well for the itching.
Wipe wit moist towellets, do not put inn toilet. They will stop up the drain. Then wipe a dime size amount on the affected area. Relief, awww, relief.
