Skin. We are always dealing with dry oily combination skin, then eczema and on and on. Don't forget itchy breasts ugh 😑
I use Shea butter. The white one not the yellow one.
I use baby oil before I dry off from the shower and a hydrating cream for my face. A different one for my feet, knees and elbows. I stay away from itchy clothes or clothes that arent breathable material. Mainly now I eat plenty of fresh fruit and veggies and drink smoothies and take a fish oil tablet daily. Just drinking water is not enough.
I hope this helps

Are you experiencing dry, itchy skin at night while taking CellCept and Mestinon?
Yes, skin issues can definitely be related to your MG medications. Both CellCept (mycophenolate mofetil) and Mestinon (pyridostigmine) can cause skin-related side effects.
Mestinon has been associated with skin reactions including:
- Rash
- Hives
- Itching and burning sensations
CellCept, as an immunosuppressant, can increase sun sensitivity and may contribute to skin irritation. Some MG medications can also make your skin more fragile and prone to dryness. Here are some steps that might help:
- Use mild, fragrance-free cleansers and moisturizers to keep your skin hydrated
- Avoid harsh scrubs that can worsen irritation
- Consider hypoallergenic products if you have sensitive skin
- Talk to your healthcare team about products or routines that can protect your skin while on these medications
It's important to mention this to your healthcare provider. They can help determine if your medications need adjustment or if there are other ways to manage these side effects. As one MGteam member wisely said, "Listen to what your body is telling you."

I haven't experienced this. But I'm not going to be starting Cellcept for another 3 months or so.
