Mestinon need to be taken after meals and during the day if she is having pain I would check with the doc to see if maybe her dose needs looking at either too high or low

Because MG is different or everyone anytime we have a flare up, bbbe it our wye legs ft shoulder it's best to make sure that whatever the pain you check up with your neurologist to make sure. If the neuro declares it's a flareup then you can try some of our go to methods to ease the pain.
For me when my legs flared I drink pickle juice it helps n seconds if the pain is just from a flare up in your muscles.
Also consider when you're taking it.
Before or after meals. Iiif it's after then no problem I guess. But if you're taking it like at bedtime then you will definitely have pain in your legs, and feet.
