If I move my legs a certain way during the night, or get up to use the bathroom, I not only have fasciculations but extremely painful leg cramps that keep me up for hours. Very frustrating. Anyone else experience this?

Hey Yall,
I'm no expert but I do speak to them.
My neurologist is an MG expert.
He Told me that The Times that we take our medication really make a difference on how we absorb them in our body. So a key factor is if you're sitting down a lot then guess what your blood is in circulating. He said get up and walk around.
I know some of us when we feel like we have all the energy because the medicine probably finally kicked in we do too much and because we have energy, we easily overwork our muscles.
it doesn't matter what it is or how long you've done it muscle strain will happen.
Tingling feet, no circulation.
Twitches and spasms probably from your mestinon. It builds muscle makes you fl grateful. Then we overdue. I drink pickle shots. They work right away. Mustard s a good one also. Those little packets. And of course ice on sore muscles.
All of these do work but please consult your doctors first
Stay hopeful 😎
I'm get some ice now. This heat child!!!
