Shoulder pain is one of those pains that I had that lasted 4 months for me until I saw the right doctor ad was rx'd the right meds.
Idk what your insurance situation is but definitely call your pcp right away and get a referral for a neuromuscular specialist. Till then limit your mobility as much as possible.
MG will exacerbate even the smallest amount of pain. I hope you have someone who can care for your needs until it passes.
Stay hopeful 😎

It's typical to experience more weakness and fatigue during periods of activity, with symptoms improving after rest. This pattern of weakness that improves with rest is a hallmark characteristic of MG.
Common symptoms include:
• Muscle aches
• Weak arms, legs, and hands
• Difficulty with activities like walking, standing up, climbing stairs
• More strength in the morning
• Increased weakness by end of day Being seronegative means you don't have the typical MG antibodies, but the symptoms are generally similar to those with seropositive MG. Seronegative MG tends to occur more frequently in younger people and may present with a milder course. If you're experiencing new or worsening symptoms, it's important to discuss these with your neurology team, as they may need to adjust your treatment plan.
