Based on your symptoms, you should seek immediate medical attention. The warning signs of a pending myasthenic crisis that you're experiencing include:

• Increased difficulty breathing
• Sleep apnea (gasping during sleep)
• Increased muscle weakness
• Difficulty swallowing
• Worsening of overall symptoms

These are serious indicators that require urgent evaluation, especially given your recent surgical history and current sleep concerns. Several factors can trigger a myasthenic crisis, including:

• Surgery (which you recently had)
• Sleep deprivation (which you may be experiencing due to anxiety)
• Emotional distress
• Pain
• Temperature extremes

Given that 10-20% of MG patients experience at least one crisis in their lifetime, and your symptoms are progressing, it's better to err on the side of caution and seek emergency care. Don't wait until breathing becomes severely compromised - early intervention is crucial.
