Hi Jay,
I think you have to call your neurologist and tell him what’s going on with you.
I will include you in my prayers. What I do I surrender to God everything that is out of my control and He will do everything for you. God said…stay still for I am your God who heals you. God bless you.

Jay - praying you’ll feel better tomorrow. As your neurologist will mostly like say MG doesn’t cause pain. Is it possible youre on meds overload and your body is reacting like that? Id call the dr maybe you need a med adjustment???

I've been like that some times, watch for your breathing, if you start to have trouble phone for some help, feel well soon, stay safe 🙏

That sounds really exhausting and scary — shaking and full-body pain all day is a lot to deal with. It's worth knowing the warning signs of a myasthenic crisis so you can act quickly if needed.

A myasthenic crisis is a medical emergency where the breathing muscles become too weak to bring enough air in and out of your lungs. Watch for these key warning signs:

- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Increased difficulty swallowing
- Extreme or rapidly spreading muscle weakness
- Drowsiness or unusual fatigue If you're experiencing any of those symptoms — especially breathing difficulty — please contact your doctor or go to the emergency department right away. Don't wait it out.

Even if it doesn't feel like a full crisis yet, the shaking and widespread pain you're describing today are worth a call to your care team. They can help figure out if your symptoms are worsening and what to do next.
