My muscles twitch after taking high doses. Even my facial muscles twitch where others can see it, but it usually only happens after the third dose and lasts about 30 minutes.

I've been lucky, no side effects so far. I do have skin issues, but they are related to aging, and I had them before I was diagnosed.

I am not currently on mestinon but used to be...and probably starting it again soon....but I'm like that with and without it
