I don't mess with my mestinon dosage because of the foot cramps after a day of activity.
Check with your doc if your symptoms seem to be increasing. Don't self medicate.

Mestinon gave me the most horrific diarrhea I've ever had. Currently take 500mg of cellcept in the morning and evening. Best of luck with the meds

I usually take 4 60 mg per day, but dr said if im having a bad take an extra.

I do. Not often, but if I'm having a flare I try extra Mestinon before adding more Prednisone because I have a harder time with side effects from the steroid. And as the AI response says, I try to be careful about when.
