Yes, muscle tremors can occur when muscles are overworked in myasthenia gravis, especially before taking medication. This happens because MG affects how nerve signals communicate with muscles, making them weaker with repeated use. When muscles become fatigued, tremors can be one of the symptoms experienced.
It's important to be mindful of exercise and physical activity. While exercise is beneficial for MG, it needs to be done carefully - using lower weights, fewer repetitions, and taking frequent breaks between sets to prevent muscle fatigue and associated symptoms like tremors. If you're experiencing tremors regularly, it's worth discussing with your doctor as they may need to adjust your medication timing or dosage. Remember to stay hydrated as dehydration can worsen muscle symptoms. Also, be particularly mindful of any tremors that affect your breathing or ability to hold your head up, as these are warning signs that require immediate medical attention.

Girl yes.
Mestinon is notorious for that.
I drink pickle juice. One shot from a shot glass, while it's happening and maybe a 2nd more if it doesn't stop right a way. And mustard is supposed to work as well. For muscle spasms and tremors.
Stay hopeful 😎
