I was just wondering if my fellow members are absolutely wiped out after being out in the cold for a while? I enjoyed my Grandsons ballgame, but it was cold and damp for the two hours I was out. I got home and after about an hour I was fatigued, overall sick feeling. The next day, my whole body is still very weak. Is this a normal reaction to being out in the cold weather for any of you?

Yes, Iโ€™m affected the same way in the cold. Heat is different, I use to love the heat. Now I feel like I just melt and lose all of my strength.

Yep. To the point my pillows felt like weights.
It'll take its time passing. Please relax ๐Ÿ˜Œ

Hi Mary, yes, cold temps really affect me, nearly as much as very hot temps do. I keep telling my husband that we need to move to Hawaii, but he's not listening!!! Hope you feel better soon my friend. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thank you Wayne for describing what happens to you. I really struggle in the heat of the summer with breathing issues too. It really helps us to hear the symptoms of our fellow members. Thank you again.
