Talking to your doctor is probably the best advice, but I'm happy to share from personal experience and hope it helps. Benadryl is an allergy med that's usually safe for everyone, and has a drying effect. It causes drowsiness so I take it at bedtime and only occassionally during the day.
A few months ago my primary care doctor prescribed Ipratropium, a prescription nasal spray, to help during an especially difficult allergy season. It's made SO much difference with the extra secretions from MG! I can't recommend strongly enough that you ask your doctor about it. Not a miracle cure, but it's made a huge difference for me!
All the best to you!
