I never noticed a problem with excess phlegm taking mestinon.

Take it, personally never had excess phlegm, but have experienced other side effects. To the point the only relief is IMODIUM AD. Hope this helps.

I drink Lemon Grass tea. I have either excess phlegm or congestion.

I take 60 MG twice a day right now and sure effects aren't bad at all.
