Yes I know I'm sensitive to magnesium can't even take a regular Tylenol I have to take children's liquid Tylenol it doesn't have any magnesium , and I can't take antihistamines or most otc mess because they use magnesium as a filer in them , so do most supplements , I have to buy one's without magnesium and they are more expensive than most , don't ya just love MG❤

Hi Brinda,
I have been taking this for years, it has been approved by my dietician/ neurologist ,you do need to be careful , in what you take.

I take a digestive enzyme with meals and Garden of Eden probiotic daily. I also try including some prebiotics such as kombucha, Kimchi or coconut yogurt.
