I was diagnosed with MG three years ago. I have been on 60 mg of Mestinon three times a day. It gave me diahreah, and then I learned it has lactose in it and I am lactose intolerant and it made me nauseous. I had a stomach bug and my doctor told me to get probiotics. I found it helped with the diahreah and nausea. I take a probiotic every time I take Mestinon and it has helped greatly. I have not had any adverse effect.
