I am starting Uplizna next month and am having finding actual people undergoing Uplizna infusions and the results as a barometer for my treatments. My Neuorologist had one person who started initially and now 4 with me being the 5th. None have gone 6 months yet so guessing it is to new to track the actual live results until later and only the few hundred in the trials. Would like to see more people join this conversation...

Are you looking for experiences with inebilizumab (Uplizna) for myasthenia gravis?
Unfortunately, the available information doesn't include specific experiences from MGteam members about inebilizumab. The search results focus on other MG treatments like complement inhibitors, FcRn blockers, and immunosuppressants, but inebilizumab isn't mentioned.
It's worth noting that inebilizumab isn't currently approved for MG treatment. The biologics discussed for MG include:
- Eculizumab (Soliris) and ravulizumab (Ultomiris) - complement inhibitors
- Efgartigimod (Vyvgart), rozanolixizumab (Rystiggo), and nipocalimab (Imaavy) - FcRn blockers
- Rituximab - sometimes used off-label
If you're considering inebilizumab or exploring treatment options, it would be important to discuss this with your MG specialist. They can help you understand which approved therapies might work best for your specific situation and antibody status.
