I used chiropractic care before being diagnosed. I do not anymore because I have a specific issue that is taken care of by our local.pain clinic.

Have you considered using a chiropractor to help with muscle issues related to MG?

The search results don't mention MGteam members specifically using chiropractors for muscle issues. However, there are several approaches that have been discussed for managing muscle-related symptoms:

Physical therapy is often recommended and can be really helpful. A physical therapist can teach exercises to strengthen muscles, reduce pain, and improve flexibility with a personalized plan that won't strain your muscles.

Other options members have found helpful include:

- Heat therapy (heating pads, warm compresses, or warm baths)
- Ice packs for inflammation
- Muscle rubs with natural ingredients like arnica or peppermint
- Staying well-hydrated to prevent muscle cramps
- Low-impact exercise with your doctor's guidance

Before trying chiropractic care or any new treatment approach, it's really important to talk with your neurologist or MG specialist first. They can help you understand whether it's safe for your specific situation and won't interfere with your MG treatment plan.

Some treatments that work well for general muscle issues might need special consideration with MG, so getting that medical guidance upfront is key.
