If you live somewhere where days are short, dark and gray you may want to take vitamin D during winter. Anything else is a pure waste of money if you eat "normal" food. If you´re a vegan you need B12 and iodine as well. In some cases calcium, B2, iron and zink. But only for vegans. Quit the "multis" and buy yourself a nice present with the money you´ve saved. 🙂

I use to take a multi vitamin but when u found out that a lot of them contain magnesium i stopped. I take individual vitamin supplements now. It's a hassle but safer for me
I never really thought about it but now I am. I always take centrum. I’ll have to inquire about that now lol
