That's why I try to wear thin layers in summer and medium in winter, mm and carry a shawl or wide scarf.
It's become my fashion statement
Having that inner chill keeps me at home during the winter because I cannot handle the cold well even without MG.
The ac has not been my friend. Thankfully I have a sun porch I can retreat to in summer. Even though I have central heating I still need a space heater when I get those chills out of no where that don't go way.
Its not like menopause. In menopause at least we had a reprieve and it didn't last forever.
I catch a chill or get overheated and it absolutely drains me for the day.

David Newman- I'm living temporarily with my sister & husband and they keep their home colder ( way colder) than I'm used to. Can't kick a gift horse in the mouth, so I've learned to layer, wear sweatshirts and heavy socks. The wind here lately has taken its toll and yes, chilled to the bone. Now I'm in bed with " something", whether flu or cold I don't know. After reading your story, I will be VERY attentive to my symptoms and how I feel?

Just dont stay our for long
If you feel tired find a way to go inside where it is cool and away from windows and just recharge.
Know you're body MG is not smart it will exacerbate everything.
