It has been very hot where I live and my symptoms have been pretty severe when I go outside. The temperature finally cooled down, but it brought rain and a pressure change on that day, and I thought my MG symptoms would improve with the cooler temperatures, but instead they were much worse......any activity I tried to do caused racing heart, tight chest, short of breath, very dizzy, postural intolerance, pressure headache and heavy/weak legs. Has anyone else experienced this?
My mini migraines feel like lightening bolts to the left side of my head and my eye. Each one feels like I got sucker punched and leaves me numb. Barometric pressure does it for me now. It use to be the sunshine only. Now this. Thankfully I keep my shades close by and just lower the blinds, close the curtains and turn things down, it cools off my everything for as long as I need to.
Live well😎
I know I don’t do well in the heat and if I get overheated at work I bring my neck cooling fan and it helps me a lot.
Whenever weather changes my mg symptoms get worse for a few days.
Humidity makes my vision super bad. Air pressure changes sort of do.
