I went gluten free when I was first diagnosed and started taking tumeric to decrease inflammation . Recently I have been able to add gluten but I keep it to a minimum and continue to take tumeric
I’m not actually a vegetarian, but I do eat a lot of vegetables, fish and chic. I’m supposed to reduce my carbs and my sugars so I’m very limited as to what i can choose to eat plus sodium isnt any good either so I’m pretty much eating more of a Mediterranean diet it seems to me.
I'm not a vegetarian but I take from the menu. Less red meat and mote poultry and fish helped me.
Fruit and smoothies keep me regular and has eased a lot of inflammation and my flare ups.
