It’s very common to bruise. I don’t think there is a normal any more. Regarding a lot of things. Maybe we should call it a new normal. One thing for sure is it’s different for everybody.

Get them all the time. Sometimes it's from bumping it, but frequently no clue as to why. Also have really thin skin that tears all the time. Part age , part medication.

Are you experiencing small round bruises that keep appearing on your lower arms?

Yes, bruising can happen with MG, especially if you're taking certain medications. Corticosteroids like prednisone are commonly used to treat MG and can make your skin more fragile and prone to bruising. This happens because these medications can thin your skin over time.

Here are some ways to help manage bruising:

- Try to avoid activities that could lead to injury or bumps
- Be extra careful during physical activities
- Protect your arms and legs when possible
- Consider wearing long sleeves for added protection

If the bruising seems excessive, appears suddenly, or comes with other symptoms like unusual bleeding, it's important to talk with your healthcare provider. They can check if your medication dosage needs adjusting or if there's another cause.
