I take mine at meal times except when I’m going to bed, I take my last one with water.

I take my medications after I have had some food. As far as the milk, I changed from whole milk yogurt 2% milk and the milk doesn’t bother me much anymore.

I stopped drinking milk 1% with my pills my stomach was bothering me and I read its got some magnesium in it I thought maybe I was getting to much , so now I eat with it,so far much better, the only milk I drink is Kefir, and yogurt❤
