Unfortunately steroids,caused me to develop cataracts,which developed very quickly and became quite bad so about 8 months ago I had both cataracts removed and had new lenses inserted which were designed for me ,for distance vision my distance vision was bad so I went with that instead of short distance,so I still need reading glassesand despite alk this I still have some double vision but it’s a lot better
