I was on Soliris for almost a year, before soliris I couldn't swallow without choking, barely could walk, had gtube for feeding, within two weeks of soliris I could swallow and eat normal food, my muscle weakness greatly reduced. It was like a miracle drug for me. Now I'm on ultomiris infusion every 8 weeks which is convenient. Soliris Infusion was every two weeks but initial doses is every week before they switch to biweekly.I have Ach positive Myestenia Gravis, soliris or any complement inhibitors work great for most patients.
