I thought it was menopause and aging, so I got on hormone replacement therapy. But I still don’t feel the same as I did. Is that MG? Newly diagnosed. Figuring out this new life.

Thank you, Johanna and MGteam.
Honestly… I thought it was just menopause. I even started HRT @Nov 2023 to stabilize my moods, but still didn’t feel like me. Orgasms haven’t been the same for a while—less intense, like my pelvic floor went on strike. I actually noticed that change about three years ago and just blamed aging.

Now I’m wondering if MG was creeping in long before I got diagnosed.

It’s strange feeling so disconnected from your body and not knowing what’s “normal” anymore. The libido? Low. The energy? Sporadic. The confidence? Somewhere under a heating pad. 😅

But then again my symptoms are super active.

Hearing that others are navigating this—and that there’s hope with the right treatment—really helps.

Still figuring out what’s possible with this new version of me… but I’m glad I asked.
Now I just need a partner who understands pacing and pelvic floor rehab. 😉

Thank you !

Sex for me is a relief. Nothing like a fantastic orgasm to send a surge of endorphins throughout my body. It gives me energy.
Just don't try to do positions that will impact how you function when it's over.
My advice, enjoy it and stay safe.
Keep hope alive 🥰
