Since MG can affect muscles throughout the body, pelvic floor muscles and bladder function may be impacted. MG causes weakness in various muscle groups, and while the search results don't specifically mention pelvic floor muscles, they confirm that MG can affect multiple muscle systems in the body.

The pattern of muscle weakness in MG typically:
- Worsens with activity
- Improves with rest
- Is often stronger in the morning
- Gets weaker as the day progresses If you're experiencing pelvic floor or bladder issues, it's important to discuss these symptoms with your healthcare provider. They can evaluate whether these symptoms are related to your MG and determine appropriate treatment options. With proper treatment, many people with MG can maintain good muscle function and activity levels.

Yes. It affected my bladder like a flair up last year. So embarrassing. I literally had to stay home until it got under control.
I still wear a pantyliners today because I just don't trust MG and aging. Choose the one that suits your needs. They actually prevent the urgency/ leak. Idk y but it does for me.
Stay hopeful 😎

Yes, for both males and females, dysuria is definitely increased by MG. Personal experience and research behind this opinion.
