I would recommend them to anyone with health problems. I had a 3 weeks stay in the hospital with some major problems including pneumonia, chronic kidney disease, congestive heart failure, anemia, hypoglycemic and a couple other things I don't remember. My doctor seen I had lost 60 pounds in about 6 months and he started me on 3 Boost or Ensure nutritional drinks per day and I like them so good sometimes I would drink 4 or 6 like an idiot! LOL but I can swear that they helped me so much they help me get healthy again, they help me eat again, they gave me the vitamins that I needed and I gained my weight back and I had to quit drinking because I was gaining more weight so I would recommend them for you for health reasons if you can afford them. I did find that Walmart has an equate brand nutritional diabetic drink it is great it's just like a Boost or an Ensure so try that! Good 👍 luck

I drink muscle milk strawberry protein drinks almost daily. Also make a green smoothie for vegetables, spinach, carrots, pineapple or whatever you choose.

When I'm lazy I drink Ensure protein drink after that some sort of smoothie made in my Bullet blender. Blueberries, banana, strawberry also snack on pecans or walnuts. Don't know if it helps but I figure it can't hurt.

I need to do this is it’s cool with MG. I frequently feel like I need more protein, even as someone who loves things like steak.

My neurologist’s told me to make sure you drink at least one shake per day. I know it is the protein that your body needs, especially if you don't get enough during the rest of the day.
