I get moisture absorbing dessicated packets with my mestinon. I keep the pill bottles in a kitchen cupboard in a Tupperware container.. I have apill cutter. Make sure you line the cutter up with the score mark on the pill. They will draw damp. Ask your pharmacist about the packets to draw the moisture out of the pills.

I used to use a 7-day plastic pill container...pills crumbled...then I found this website & discovered that I should keep pills in original container with the little moisture 'thingy'...I also purchased a small (about 1.5 inch metal round container that has a screw on lid (water proof) off of Amazon - keychain pill box - multiple colors - 1 is about $4 & 3 for $8. I take the round moisture pack that comes in my meds & it will still hold probably 6+ Mestinon pills. Amazon also has some that are like a small powder compact that has 2-4 compartments for pills - they have pretty designs on the top & are just a few $ more. Happy shopping.

I would say not in the bathroom, shower area or the kitchen. Keep in same container in bedroom where there is no humidity which would affect the consistency of the pill. Will cut with no problem. Mine always did. Hope this helps. 😉

Are you storing your pills right? I looked up Mestinon its supposed to be stored in the same pill bottle you got it in. Also in a cool dark place because it can lose its potency if it gets sun light or light in general. That's why it is crumbling.
Try storing it in a bedside table or a box with a lid. Don't place it with other pills and let me know if that works. It has worked for me.

I keep mine in a pill box 8 make up a seven day supply of my pills. Side effects do wane with pyrogystigmine.
