I had Rituxan infusions for two years. This is a purely anecdotal reply. I found that the only adverse reaction I had to the infusions what fatigue. I slept very well the night of the infusions and then continued throughout the next day. That was about it; I tolerated the infusions very well. Not saying there can't be more serious reactions but Rituxan for my MuSK+ MG was a very good decision.
