I eat a lot of cottage cheese , yogurt everyday try Activitey 3oz.yogurt drinks they are very good , avocado , meatloaf with oats in it ,boiled eggs, spinach, berries ,and turkey.
My Neurologist says the same. I drink a protein drink every morning. I like cheese and meat as a sandwich. I like yogurt and cottage cheese. Being a guy most protein is preferred. Peanut butter and eggs are also on the menu.
Now I have made myself hungry.
Cheers. Bill Z
I eat Eggs, turkey and cheese sandwich, peanut butter, meatloaf . When I could not swallow any solid foot I lived on protein drinks like muscle milk and smoothies with spinach, yogurt ,fruit. Have a good day.
For increasing protein intake with myasthenia gravis, consider these options:
1. Eggs: Soft, easy to chew, and packed with protein and essential vitamins
2. Yogurt: High in protein and probiotics, with a smooth texture for easy swallowing.
3. Smoothies: Blend yogurt, milk, and peanut butter for a protein boost.
