My Neurologist says the same. I drink a protein drink every morning. I like cheese and meat as a sandwich. I like yogurt and cottage cheese. Being a guy most protein is preferred. Peanut butter and eggs are also on the menu.
Now I have made myself hungry.

1. Eggs: Soft, easy to chew, and packed with protein and essential vitamins
2. Yogurt: High in protein and probiotics, with a smooth texture for easy swallowing.
3. Smoothies: Blend yogurt, milk, and peanut butter for a protein boost.
