Has Anyone Tried Collagen Supplements For Thinning Skin Due To Prednisone Use?
I’ve been on 20mg of prednisone for 3months. My skin has become so thin and bruises so easily. I look like I’m on blood thinners.
I have read that prednisone depletes collagen which causes thin skin. I’ve ordered collagen peptides and should receive it today. Hoping it helps.
I'm taking collagen but not sure if it will help with thinning skin. Not even sure I should take it but heard it was good for bones and I have osteoporosis.
