Same with me and it only helps a little. I just push through.

I had the same experience, Cynthia3. It just wasn't worth it to me, so I'll continue to take the regular release 4 times a day. If you decide to try the extended release, CindyGass, I hope it works for you! Anybody dealing with the challenges of MG deserves to have whatever makes their lives a little easier! 😊

The shelf life for that Mestinon is only 3 to 4 hours. Ask your doctor for the extended relief mestinon. The extended relief you are supposed to take at night. But I take mine in the morning with everything else and it works better throughout the day

I'm taking 60mg 4 times a day. It's a pain.
