Extreme heat and cold are not your friends no matter what they say. Warm and cool. Also watch out for hot or cold showers for extended length of time. Hot tubs and cold pools can cause major problems if overused

I live in tropical Florida, the SW area. Whenever the temperature drops below 60 degrees I cramp up everywhere and loose.vision in my left eye.

Brinda - In college and was a competitive swimmer through college and always prefer a cool pool. I currently not impacted by water, but old age leads me to shiver less and prefer a warm pool.

Thanks , never thought about Hot tubs but I guess its no different than a hot shower , never could handle cold pools , I'm really worried about this winter I live in a house that has very little insulation and its in Michigan , they are predicting a cold winter , the last two years the winters have been mild .
