I have the same issue but more with left arm. Sometimes it will just drop from the steering wheel when I’m driving. Good thing I use both hands.🙃

That does sound like it could be

From my headaches to my eyes to the twitching in my face around my mouth make me look like I might be trying to say something but not. And I drop one more thing!!!
