Take heart love...I'm 69 with Lupus, Ps arthritis, diabetes, fibromyalgia and seronegative mg, plus some other little things. It is manageable, but on difficult days just allow yourself to be. Have a great hot beverage, listen to music, do things that you love to do! I'm looking forward to some porch swing sitting with a nice cup of hot tea...I m really waiting for that! Some days this battered body wins and on the days it doesn't my brain tells me tomorrow will be better! Praying for better days for you! Cheryl
I live in south Louisiana and I’m pretty much homebound until the weather gets cooler. I can’t wait! I’m triple seronegative and heat is my #1 trigger. I’m looking forward to sitting outside and a lower electric bill. We keep the thermostat between 61-65° around the clock during this time of year and the bill is outrageous! I’m going to take that extra money we’ll be saving when it gets cooler and cold, and buying new outdoor rocking chairs to just enjoy being outside. Stay cool!
I’m 71. Also have SN rheumatoid arthritis, glaucoma, fibromyalgia. Kinda too much right now…
