You can try hydrating better for a couple days before your next one and see if that influences it any.

I was on IVIG two years ago for four months and just started it again a short time ago. I have had erratic blood pressure readings both times. My neurologist says this is normal. My blood pressure stayed stable the two days I had the infusion this week. Keep an eye in it and let your neurologist know what is going on.

Boy I have definitely learned about the feed rate this week. My bp dropped when they slowed the speed of the infusion.

I’m on IVIG as well. I use a 4 hour drip and hydrate two days prior. Same thing happened to me. I journaled my BP for a week after infusion and provided to my doctor. She added a second BP med which works well for me.
