It sounds like your MG has been hitting hard lately. Plasmapheresis, significant weight loss, weakness, and vision changes are all very real and serious MG challenges that many members can relate to. For newer members finding their footing, here are some great starting points when thinking about MG:

- Treatment questions — asking your neurologist about side effects and whether benefits outweigh risks
- Medication adherence — understanding schedules, what to do if you miss a dose, and travel considerations
- Managing symptoms day-to-day — fatigue, vision, weakness, and finding activities that work for you
- Navigating insurance — especially for newer or more expensive treatments

The Q&A section is a wonderful place to post questions and get answers from people who truly get it. So glad you're back. Take care of yourself first — the community will be here. 💙
