Hi Carol. I'm sorry i wish I had an answer. But I was thinking perhaps Gatorade or Pedialyte . I've not experienced leg cramps..I we need potassium. I pray symptoms subside for you. God Bless.

I've used Liquid IV ( I think that's the name) It comes on power form and you just add it to water.
