Like they say it’s a snowflake disease and no two people are alike. So it’s a crap shoot at the end of the day…sorry I’m worked up right now I hate this disease.

If you can’t locate any documentation on Vyvgart HYTRULO, it could be your spelling. Hytrulo is the subcutaneous administration version of the biologic, IV-administered drug, Vyvgart. It can be self-injected or otherwise administered in a clinical setting. Vyvgart is a FcRn receptor inhibitor that causes antibodies to be expelled from the blood stream rather than reentering it. I’ve been on Vyvgart since 2022 as a complementary therapy to go along with my Azathioprine (a.k.a. Imuran). I’ve had gMG since 2009 (oMG 2006-2009) and this combination therapy works well for me.

Funny how everyone is different but the same. I was put on cellcept and had a very bad reaction. Couldn’t even get off the couch. I sent a note to the doctor after 2 days telling her I was stopping it. Crazy!
