what seems to be a treatment for mg that works for people of color. i am struggling to find something else that will work for me.

i have only tried vyvgart and ivig. if their are ppl of color on here can you tell me which treatments you have used and which have worked. thanks

Everyone with MG has a different experience. I'm not sure if color plays a significant part. But more of us and older white men have it. Still don't see the correlation in medication.
One medicine might do well with you and do nothing for me.

Symptom Management Medications:
* Pyridostigmine (Mestinon) - helps improve nerve-muscle communication and is often a first-line treatment

Immunosuppressants:

* Azathioprine
* Mycophenolate mofetil
* Cyclosporine
* Tacrolimus

Complement Inhibitors:
* Eculizumab (Soliris)
* Ravulizumab (Ultomiris)
* Zilucoplan (Zilbrysq)

Other Biologics:
* Rozanolixizumab-noli (Rystiggo)

Procedures:
