I found out when I take a Tylenol 2 of them it helps me sleep and my arthritis! So I get 2 for one 😆

Interesting I’ll have to inquire on my next neurologist visit because I do have insomnia a couple of times a week and I don’t know what to do about it. Usually I just lie there I put TV back on or I look on Facebook. I really hate taking anything though especially if it’s gonna make me groggy because I do have to get up a few times through the night to pee and I don’t wanna fall.
