Members overwhelmingly related to the experience of brain fog with myasthenia gravis, sharing how forgetting mid-task, losing words, and losing track of time affect their daily lives. Several members shared helpful strategies like repeating tasks out loud, playing memory games, taking rest days, writing things down, and shifting harder chores to times of day when energy is highest. A recurring theme was the mix of humor and frustration around brain fog, with many finding comfort in knowing others with MG share the same struggles.

Sigh brain fog is no fun! It can be embarrassing at times. There are time when it is difficult to even find the right words to express an idea that is a part of your every day routine….

I believe that God sent you here. You need people to talk to that Know what you're going through. Hang in there.
This was no accident that you ended up here
Stay connected with the people that understand you.
I believe that it can help you mentally and physically.
Never give up. Never let these people control your life. Live your life and be happy whether they're involved or not.
Sometimes we have to go out on our own to be happy and sometimes we have to do whatever it takes.
I got rid of all of my friends I found out they weren't really friends to begin with.
I am much happier without the drama.
God bless you and I wish you well and kick your husband in the butt.
Have a wonderful day today!

I’m constantly forgetting what I went into a room and I tried to use that technique ,of repeating what I went to a room for ,the problem is I get distracted and side tracked on the way .
